EMZ-B type

High-precision tooth coupling.

The EMZ-B couplings consists of two casing parts with internally cut teeth, and two hubs with cut teeth with external barrel involute outline. The casing parts are fastened together with fitted, thermally treated and highly durable screws.

In order to enable the coupling of shafts set at a great distance from one another, the so-called pipe and collar connection is used to connect the shafts.

Thanks to the right teeth profile they can compensate for the misalignments of shafts up to 1 degree and transmit the torque within the range of 1350-130000 Nm.

The EMZ-B couplings can operate in the following temperature range: from -20 0C to +105 0C.

EMZ-A type

The EMZ-A couplings consist of two casing parts with internally cut teeth, and two hubs with cut teeth with external barrel involute outline. The external casing parts are fastened together with fitted, thermally treated and highly durable screws.

Thanks to the right teeth profile they can compensate for the misalignments of shafts up to 1 degree and transmit the torque within the range of 1350-130000 Nm.

The EMZ-A couplings can operate in the following temperature range from -20 0C to +105 0C.

EMS type

Finger couplings consist of two hubs, in one of them there is a set of highly durable pins protected with elastomer through which the torque is transmitted.

The EMS couplings are no-operation couplings which perfectly compensate the misalignments of shafts caused by imprecise setting and, simultaneously, ideally suppress vibrations and shocks.

EM type

Finger couplings consist of two hubs,  in one of them there is a set of highly durable pins protected with elastomer, which is additionally secured with steel cover plate, through which the torque is transmitted. The EM couplings are no-operation couplings that perfectly compensate the misalignments of shafts caused by imprecise setting and, simultaneously, ideally suppress vibrations and shocks.
